We are a mixed billing practice and payment for your appointment is required on the day of your visit.
Fees are determined by the duration of your appointment and the concerns discussed. The exact time needed for your appointment may be difficult to predict accurately.
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, we can assist you in claiming a portion of the consultation cost. Our reception counter is equipped to process this claim instantly for your convenience.
Please note that additional charges may apply for procedures and consumables. To ensure clarity regarding fees, we recommend discussing these with reception prior to the procedure or appointment.

- Urgent Appointments: For urgent appointments, please call our reception to request immediate assistance; our team will triage your matter following our protocol, and the doctor will schedule your appointment accordingly.
- Walk-in appointments: We do our best to accommodate walk-in appointments. However, it is advised to phone ahead when possible.
- Home visits: For patients with chronic illnesses who are well-known to our doctors and face difficulty visiting our practice, we offer home visits upon doctor approval. This service is exclusively available to established patients who have a longstanding relationship with our practice and are unable to physically attend appointments. Please contact our practice for further details and to arrange a home visit.
- After hours: In case of an emergency, please dial 000 immediately. For non-urgent medical appointments after hours, our after-hours service is available at 13SICK. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you outside regular hours, ensuring you receive the care you need when you need it most.

- Private fees apply to all patients above 16 years old without a concession or pension card.
- We bulk bill children under 16 years old, and adults who hold a concession/pension card.
- For our valued regular patients, we offer the convenience of bulk-billing for repeat prescriptions and medical certificates.
- Telehealth (phone) consultations are charged at the same rate as face-to-face appointments. Telephone consultations lasting more than 20 minutes are charged as a long consultation, however the Medicare rebate is capped at $41.20.
- To be eligible for a Telehealth consultation, you must have visited the practice for a face to face appointment in the last 12 months.
